Josh began working at Washington and Lee University in the summer of 2004 as assistant athletic trainer. He has served as Associate Head Athletic Trainer during the 2005-2006 academic year and will be acting as Interim Head Athletic Trainer for the 2006-2007 academic year. Josh is originally from Robinson, Illinois. He received his bachelor of science in Athletic Training from Indiana State University in 2003 and his master of science in Athletic Training from Indiana State University in 2004. Josh came to W&L after serving as a graduate assistant Athletic Trainer at DePauw University during the 2003-04 school year, where he worked with numerous sports, was a teaching assistant and supervised the student athletic trainers. He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), the Mid-Atlantic Athletic Trainers Association, and the Virginia Athletic Trainers Association. He is certified by the NATA-BOC and the American Sports Education Program, and is an American Red Cross certified CPR and First Aid instructor.
While at Indiana, Mary worked primarily with the universitys track and field and cross country teams. Prior to graduate school, she served as an athletic training intern at Manchester College, working with a myriad of athletic and administrative assignments. Mary is a licensed massage therapist with a specialization in sports massage. In addition to her massage background, she is certified with the use of Graston Technique. She is originally from Hong Kong and currently resides in Lexington, Virginia.
A 2002 graduate of West Chester University with a bachelor of science in athletic training, Rosman also served as a student assistant trainer at WCU from 2000-02 and was an intern athletic trainer at Bridgewater College during the spring of 2004. Rosman is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), the Virginia Athletic Trainers Association (VATA) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is certified by all three associations in addition to the American Red Cross for CPR and First Aid.
While attending Virginia Commonwealth University Matt worked at George Wythe High School as the Head Athletic Trainer. His primary responsibilities were with football, men and women’s basketball teams and the baseball team. He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), the Mid-Atlantic Athletic Trainers Association, and the Virginia Athletic Trainers Association. He is also certified in First Aid and CPR.
