Babst also had a dominating season in the paint, scoring 15.7 points per game (4th in ODAC) and led the conference and placed 19th in NCAA Division III in rebounding at 11.9 boards per contest. In addition, she led the ODAC and was 18th in the country in blocks (2.4 bpg.).
She became W&L's all-time leader in blocks (137) and broke school records in field goals attempted in a season (358) and rebound average in a season (11.9), before tying her own record of blocks in game (6) in the season finale vs. Roanoke. Babst is also third all-time in career rebounds (663), three shy of Mentz.
Washington and Lee finished the season with a record of 8-16 overall, 6-14 in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.
