W&L MEN'S TENNIS GARNERS NATIONAL RANKING
Generals Attain No. 14 Ranking Following Fall Season

LEXINGTON, Va. -- The Washington and Lee men's tennis team is ranked 14th in the Omni Hotels Division III Men's Tennis rankings which were released recently by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA).

The Generals also ranked fourth in the NCAA Atlantic South Region, trailing Emory University, Mary Washington and Washington College.

Individually, sophomore Paul McClure (Memphis, Tenn./Memphis University School) is ranked 15th in the Atlantic South Region in singles. Freshman Justin Hannon (Gastonia, N.C./Charlotte Latin) is also ranked 20th in singles.

Washington and Lee begins its spring season on Mar. 1 as it hosts matches against Virginia Wesleyan (10:00 am) and Bridgewater (3:00 pm).
