LEXINGTON, Va. -- Washington and Lee senior Austin Kim (Richmond, Va./Clover Hill) has been named the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Scholar-Athlete of the Year.

A chemistry and French double-major, Kim claims a 3.869 cumulative grade-point average.

On the court, Kim has posted a 16-6 record while playing mostly sixth singles. At No. 1 doubles, he has recorded a 13-8 overall mark.

Kim claimed All-ODAC honors for the third time in his career by winning the ODAC Championship at sixth singles and No. 1 doubles over the weekend.

A four-year letterwinner and two-year captain, Kim has notched a 58-34 career record in singles and a 57-32 career mark in doubles.

Washington and Lee captured its ninth-straight ODAC men's tennis championship over the weekend. The Generals (15-6) return to action on Tuesday as they travel to James Madison for a 3:30 pm match. W&L will then wait to see who it plays in the first round of the NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Championships on April 30.
