W&L MEN'S TENNIS SELECTED TO NCAA TOURNAMENT FIELD
Generals Head to Emory and Take on Piedmont in the Opening Round

LEXINGTON, Va. -- The Washington and Lee men's tennis team has been selected to participate in the NCAA Tournament for the fourth straight year.

The Generals (15-7) will compete in the NCAA first and second rounds at Emory University on May 1-2. W&L plays Piedmont (12-5) in the opening round on Sat., May 1. Should the Generals win, they would face host Emory (17-1), the defending national champions, on Sun., May 2 for the right to advance to the NCAA Quarterfinals. Times for the matches have not yet been set.

The NCAA National Championships will be held at Bates College, May 12-17.
