Date: March 29, 2006 NATHANIEL JAMES NAMED ODAC CO-GOLFER OF THE WEEK
LEXINGTON, Va. -- Washington and Lee sophomore Nathaniel James (Keller, Texas/Keller) has been named the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Co-Golfer of the Week for his performance at the Jekyll Island Invitational over the weekend. James tied for 11th place by shooting a two under par score of 67-72-79--218. Bridgewater College's Grady Ruckman also tied for 11th with a 218 and was named Co-Golfer of the Week, along with James. For the season, James leads the ODAC with a 72.9 stroke average over 13 rounds. He earned First Team All-ODAC accolades last spring after finishing with a 74.9 average and tieing for second at the ODAC Championship. Washington and Lee returns to the links on April 9-10 at the Emory Spring Invitational held at the Smoke Rise Golf & Country Club in Stone Mountain, Ga. -- GENERALS --
