GENERALS ROUND OUT THRILLING WEEK WITH 56-55 SQUEAKER @ E&H The win comes on the heels of a 71-70 win over Virginia Wesleyan on Tuesday evening in which junior guard Ansley Miller sunk two free throws with 2.5 seconds remaining to give the Generals their first ever win vs. VWC. On Thursday evening, Mentz lit up the Warner Center for 30 points, a program record in leading the Generals to an 82-54 defeat of Lynchburg.

| GENERALS BY THE NUMBERS 10 - Number of points that senior forward Chrissy Burghardt needs to become the first 1,000-point scorer in school history. 30 - Number of points scored by freshman center Jessica Mentz in W&L's 82-54 victory over Lynchburg on Thursday night. The total was the highest one game total in W&L history. 3 - Number of wins the Generals have had in the span of eight days, in which were won in the last 30 seconds. (28 seconds @ Guilford, 2.5 seconds vs. VWC, 13 seconds @ E&H. 50 - Number of career victories at W&L that head coach Terri Dadio Campbell reached on Thursday in the victory over Lynchburg. 4 - Current number of consecutive W&L victories, a program high. 5- Number of Generals who have connected on three-point attempts this season. Prior to this year, only seven individuals had made a three-pointer in program history. |
